Shift Manager

Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals and achieve shift targets. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurant. Strong communication, safety, and organizational skills.
