Data Center Cable Technician

Job Description TEKsystems is looking for Data Center Cable Technicians for one of our clients. In this role you will be responsible for installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting copper and fiberoptic cabling systems in commercial, industrial, and data center environments. Requirements: Strong hands‑on fiber expertise, ability to work independently, adherence to industry standards, safety practices, and project documentation. Perform fiber termination using mechanical, fusion splice, and pre‑terminated solutions. Install and dress fiber enclosures, splice trays, patch panels, cassettes, and LIUs. Build out and cable equipment racks, cabinets, ladder racks, and pathway systems. Maintain proper bend radius, cable management, and grounding standards. Job Type & Location Contract to hire. Phoenix, AZ. Compensation Pay range: $25.00–$28.00 per hour.
