Desired Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teaching license—Tier 3 or Tier 4 only (required for consideration)
• Experience working with students with autism and diverse learning needs preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability in a changing classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction, intervention, and support to elementary students in the Ready, Set, Launch program
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned with each student’s unique goals
• Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and families
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every learner is valued and respected
• Employ data-driven strategies and differentiated instruction to maximize student growth and independence
