This role plays a critical part in collecting and integrating machine data across our Wheel and Tire manufacturing facilities, enabling improved operational performance and data-driven decision-making. The MES Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, engineering, and plant operations—to support system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.What you will be doing:Configure, program, test, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutionsDevelop and maintain applications using Visual Studio and Android platformsDeploy and support MES tools on web servers and mobile devicesAssist in commissioning new facilities and upgrading existing manufacturing systemsIntegrate and collect machine data across manufacturing facilitiesDevelop reporting tools to provide actionable insights into production performanceSupport inventory control processes through system integration and data accuracySet up, configure, and maintain IGear and proprietary MES platformsTroubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to usersContinuously improve system functionality and performanceDevelop detailed software design specifications and documentationMeet project deadlines and support timely delivery of system implementationsMaintain documentation for processes, configurations, and operating proceduresWork closely with PLC Controls Engineers, Maintenance teams, IT Operations, and Plant ManagementEngage with internal users to understand requirements and provide solutionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in MES, manufacturing, or industrial systems (preferred)Experience with application development (Visual Studio, Android, or similar)Exposure to PLC systems, data integration, and reporting toolsStrong technical aptitude in system configuration, programming, and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholdersOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesDetail-oriented with a focus on quality, performance, and serviceSelf-starter with a results-driven, problem-solving mindsetCollaborative team player with strong cross-functional skillsContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovationWillingness to travel to manufacturing sites and support critical systems as neededWhat’s in it for you?Competitive compensation packageFull Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, and more!Paid Time Off401(k) matchingOpportunity to get in with an industry leading organizationTeam-oriented culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
