Area Account ManagerLocation: Oklahoma City, OK, US, 73120 Req ID: 489707 Benefits: Fuel Your Growth with Love's - company funded tuition assistance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) – 100% Match up to 5%, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days, Competitive Pay, Career DevelopmentWelcome to Loves: The primary purpose of this position is to manage the region's existing customer base, recruit profitable new diesel volume into Love's locations, promote the Love's Express Card, and to manage, audit, and provide customer support for all group discount accounts.Job Functions:Management existing customer volumes and relationships within region with the highest level of integrity and customer serviceSecure and grow profitable diesel/ tire/ light mechanic/ factoring business with both existing customers and new prospectsComplete 20-30 customer/prospect calls weekly and provide report for each to RMNegotiate deals based on available volume, and maintain assigned monthly margin and volume goalsMeet and/or exceed Year Over Year and profitability goalsWork closely with Senior Account Manager and other team members in identifying market and competition trendsActively promote all Love's services to within region: Tire Care & Roadside and FactoringWork closely with Inside Support to insure proper discount setup and timely and accurate customer supportResponsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management softwareDevelop and maintain positive relationships with all Love's vendorsActively pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and companyOther duties assigned as neededTravel required 3 weeks per monthExperience and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's Degree preferred3 years of inside sales and territory managementSkills and Physical Demands:Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as billing and collection proceduresAbility to prioritizeTeam player who takes ownership of personal duties as well as team goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organization skillsSense of urgency and keen attention to detailAbility to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environmentOur Culture: Fueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
