Injectec specializes in molded rubber products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the fantastic team behind it. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable machine operator to join us!

As a rep press operator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operating Rubber molding machines
  • Removing & demolding parts
  • Inspecting product
  • Filling out paperwork accurately
  • Following work instructions

The ideal candidate will:

  • Follow and understand written and verbal instructions
  • Work well with others and individually - be a team player!
  • Stand for 8 hours daily
  • Repetitively lift up to 45 lbs
  • Have general knowledge of machine operation and manufacturing practices
  • Keep a tidy & clean workspace
  • Continuously work with hands and fingers (pushing/pulling)
  • Be able to work in a warm and occasionally smoky environment
  • Have a strong understanding on general inspection processes
