Position Overview The Lead Manager is a critical front-line revenue role responsible for engaging, qualifying, and converting inbound and outbound homeowner leads into actionable acquisition opportunities. This individual serves as the first live point of contact for motivated sellers and plays a direct role in driving revenue through speed-to-lead, follow-up discipline, and exceptional communication. This role is ideal for a highly driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands distressed real estate conversations, and wants uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.
