It was established with the objective of serving the private sector with these innovations through their dedicated departments of IT.Job DescriptionCapture the business needs and requirements of the business owners and end-clients and create a Functional Requirement Document (FRD) based on the requirements captured.Involve throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - SCRUM including sprint planning meetings, review meetings, and backlog refinement meetings.Stay as a point of contact for all business-related concerns by providing timelines and making sure that timely delivery of the product is maintained.Conduct GAP analysis to understand the AS-IS and TO-BE requirement documentsWork closely with the project coordinators to learn project timelines and report the day-by-day activities to keep them well informed of the project status.QualificationsMasters or Bachelors in computer science/engineering, Information technology/systems, Administration or Management or related.Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating into technical specifications.Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL and the ability to learn and understand complex systems.Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate business/technical requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.Additional InformationDescribe your perks and cultureI'm interested
