What You’ll Do Provide exceptional and meaningful customer service experiences that promote products and build brand relationships. Assist management in building store business; service multiple customers concurrently. Stay aware of fashion trends and acquire knowledge about new arrivals, fit, color, fashion, etc. Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest complementary items to customers. Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive environment. Proactively communicate store information, brand initiatives, discrepancies, and other pertinent data to management to enhance customer experience. Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including Talbots Classic Awards. Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching, and feedback. Ensure operational excellence: manage inventory per policies and procedures, including filling orders, recalls, recovery, replenishment, re‑tickets, etc. Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet customer and business needs.
