Job Details Position hosted by Cam Strahm. Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 per year. 40-minute one-on-one visits to drive meaningful patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services focusing on orthopedics, sports rehab, post-op recovery, and pain management. Provide personalized one-on-one care with 40-minute treatment sessions to drive optimal patient outcomes. Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Participate in continuing education and potential leadership development pathways. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive clinic environment. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arizona (or eligible; new grads welcome). Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care. Ability to work flexible hours including potential opening/closing shifts (Mon-Thu 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-3pm typical). Commitment to professional growth and team collaboration.
