About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be the senior financial executive, responsible for providing strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and operational guidance across all entities. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable profitability, disciplined growth, and long-term enterprise value. The successful candidate will be a true strategic partner, not a back-office accountant, and must be capable of keeping pace with an extraordinarily driven Group CEO. Key responsibilities include developing and executing enterprise-wide financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and partnering with executive leaders to optimize operational performance. The CFO will also be a cultural steward, championing the company's core values and reinforcing a culture of transparency, ethical governance, and shared ownership of results. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of executive financial leadership experience, with a proven track record as a CFO or equivalent C-suite financial executive. A strong operational finance background, expertise in financial governance, and significant experience in multi-entity financial reporting are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality, private club, golf, winery, or HOA operations, and must possess strong executive presence, exceptional presentation skills, and a collaborative, people-focused leadership style. The role requires a confident, strategic partner who is willing to share informed opinions, push back thoughtfully, and help shape decisions. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred.
