We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Lead to help coordinate daily operations in our technical fulfillment and distribution warehouse.

This is a working lead position. You will work alongside the warehouse team picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and managing inventory while also serving as the primary resource for questions, problem-solving, and daily workflow coordination.

This is not a traditional management role. The position does not include hiring, firing, performance reviews, or disciplinary responsibilities. Instead, we are looking for someone who can lead by example, help keep work moving, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

· Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.

· Receive and process incoming inventory.

· Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards.

· Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.

· Help organize daily priorities and workflow.

· Answer questions and assist team members with operational issues.

· Use warehouse software and Microsoft Office applications to complete daily tasks.

· Communicate with management regarding priorities, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
