JLL is committed to creating, delivering, and managing environments that inspire people to do their best work.The OpportunityThe Portfolio Strategy & Analytics Leader owns and grows JLL's portfolio strategy, market insights, benchmarking, consulting, and analytics capabilities for Portfolio Advisory clients. This is a builder role: the successful candidate will recruit, develop, and lead a team of strategists and analysts - establishing the standards, tools, and methodologies that make the practice scale.Beyond building and leading the team, this person is a client-facing strategic advisor, engaging with Portfolio Advisory clients on their most complex portfolio decisions, and a visible face of JLL's capabilities in new business pursuits - leading discovery sessions and presenting directly to prospective clients. The role requires someone equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves on an analysis and standing in front of an executive audience representing the practice.This position can be based in any major profiles, occupancy costs, and operational efficiency for specific marketsOwn the analytics function supporting portfolio strategy - from data infrastructure and modeling approach through to executive-ready outputsDirect analysis of complex portfolio data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizationOversee development of benchmarking analyses comparing client portfolio teams to elevate collective expertiseRequirementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field;10-15 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management, real estate consulting, or related advisory roles, including direct people managementDemonstrated experience building, leading, and developing teamsProven track record developing and implementing portfolio strategies for clients with complex, multi-location portfoliosDeep understanding of corporate real estate concepts including location strategy, portfolio optimization, workplace strategyStrong analytical capabilities with experience developing financial models, scenario analyses, and data-driven recommendations, and comfortable directing or contributing to analyses personallyExceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and build consensus among diverse stakeholdersExperience creating executive-level deliverables including strategic plans, business cases, and board presentationsExperience leading or significantly contributing to new business pitches and capability presentations to
