This is not an entry-level real estate position. About the Role The RoleAs a Real Estate Acquisitions Agent, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing residential investment opportunities.You'll work with homeowners, real estate agents, wholesalers, investors, and other industry professionals to develop opportunities and convert them into acquisitions.This is a production-focused role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their pipeline and transactions. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Be a great team member Analyze residential investment opportunities and determine acquisition pricing Build rapport and credibility with property owners and industry professionals Identify seller motivation and understand the circumstances behind each opportunity Present and negotiate purchase offers Confidently ask for the contract and move opportunities toward execution Maintain disciplined and persistent follow-up Manage an active acquisition pipeline Navigate inspections, renegotiations, and closing challenges Work closely with underwriting, transaction, and dispositions teams Take ownership of opportunities from initial conversation through acquisition Consistently meet measurable production expectations Qualifications Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for proven producers, not simply people interested in getting into real estate investing.Strong candidates will typically have 2+ years of successful experience in one or more of the following: Wholesale real estate acquisitions Residential investment property acquisitions Fix-and-flip investing Off-market seller acquisitions Institutional or professional SFR acquisitions Required Skills What Excellence Looks Like at Fair TradeWe value production over activity.We're looking for someone who wants to be measured against a high standard and work alongside people who expect the same from themselves.Successful acquisitions professionals here are: Competitive.
