Senior Real Estate Escrow & Title Processor

This is an in-office position Monday through Friday **
Wanted: Experienced Senior Escrow Officer to join our growing real estate company
We're seeking an experienced escrow professional to lead day-to-day operations in a collaborative, on-site office environment. This role owns the full transaction lifecycle, supervises staff, safeguards compliance and quality, and drives production and growth. It's a strong fit for someone ready to run both the desk and the broader operation.

Oversee escrow transactions end-to-end - open, title clearance, document prep/review, balancing, disbursements, funding, recording, and post-close
Supervise, train, and mentor escrow officers and assistants, maintaining high standards for accuracy, performance, and client service
conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk mitigation
Handle trust accounting: process daily incoming wires, deposit funds into general and trust accounts, and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations
5-7+ years of progressive California escrow experience, including a track record of successfully running a producing desk
Strong working knowledge of California escrow, title, compliance, and closing practices; Proficient with major escrow software platforms and Microsoft Office
Able to reliably work full-time, on-site
High school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant continuing education
