Digital Media Coordinator

Supporting content distribution across social media, SMS, and web channels, the full-time entry-level Digital Media Coordinator will manage content scheduling, quality assurance, community engagement, and analytics reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Load and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring compliance with brand standards and technical specifications Pull and organize weekly performance data to track key metrics and inform content strategy decisions Engage with audiences by monitoring social media comments and messages, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues as necessary Required qualifications Fluency with social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Ability to write clear, on-brand copy with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills Experience with project and time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Comfort with data analysis and organizing reports to identify trends Genuine interest in civic engagement and the cultural forces shaping women's perspectives
