Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Home Health, where you'll provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and direct home nursing care according to physician's orders
- Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and LPNs/LVNs
- Conduct home visits for various types of cases including wound care and follow-ups
- Utilize HomeCare HomeBase for documentation and charting
- Travel up to 75 miles for patient visits
What We Need To See
- Active RN license in Alabama
- Current CPR and BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of adult home health or hospice experience
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) within the last 6 months
- Proficiency in Oasis for RNs
- Willingness to travel up to 75 miles for home visits
