Job Summary

We are currently hiring Warehouse Loaders to join our team. This position is responsible for safely loading and unloading products, organizing freight, and ensuring shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift heavy materials throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Move products throughout the warehouse using proper lifting techniques.
Stack, organize, and secure products for shipping.
Verify shipments and report damaged or missing items.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
Previous warehouse or loading experience is preferred but not required.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Verificar los envíos y reportar productos dañados o faltantes.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y segura.
Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
Cumplir con las metas diarias de productividad y asistencia.
Realizar otras tareas de almacén según sea necesario.

Requisitos

Capacidad para levantar más de 70 libras repetidamente durante todo el turno.
Capacidad para permanecer de pie, agacharse, estirarse y caminar durante períodos prolongados.
Se prefiere experiencia previa en almacén o carga y descarga, pero no es obligatoria.
Persona responsable, puntual y con buena ética de trabajo.
Se prefiere que sea bilingüe (inglés y español).
Debe estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
