The Treasurer provides enterprise-wide leadership and strategicdirection for all treasury functions across multiple corporateentities. This position drives the vision, governance, and performanceof the treasury organization, ensuring resilience, efficiency, andoperational excellence across all treasury activities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee firmwide treasury operations including liquiditymanagement, cash positioning and capital planningManage daily settlements and central clearing counterparty marginrequirements for clearing broker dealer, including NSCC, OCC, FICCand DTCDirect short-term and long-term financing and investing activitieswithin firm risk parametersEnsure compliance with 15c3-3 funding regulations, includingreserve requirements and customer protection standardsLead treasury operations for multiple entities and broker dealers,ensuring proper controls and regulatory adherenceManage corporate cash balances and money movements, includingfunding for Accounts Payable, Payroll and other disbursement accountsMaintain and negotiate banking and counterparty relationships,including services, credit facilities and pricingDevelop and maintain treasury policies and procedures, drivingefficiency and strong internal controlsProvide strategic insights to senior leadership regardingliquidity, capital usage and financial riskRequires up to 20% travel to maintain banking relationships andoversee multi-entity operationsPerform other tasks and duties as required and assignedExperience and SkillsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably inFinance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CTP preferredFINRA Series 7, 99, or principal license required10-15+ years of progressive treasury experience in financial servicesStrong understanding of 15c3-3 and broker dealer regulatory requirementsExpertise in corporate cash management, liquidity and moneymovement operationsExperience overseeing treasury functions for multi-entity organizationsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills with banks andfinancial partnersExcellent communication and presentation skills with the abilityto communicate effectively across various departments and levels ofthe organizationHighly organized and able to multi-task and manage multipleprojects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiencyExceptional analytical capability paired with strong strategicdecision-making skillsWhat We OfferAs part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securitiesoffers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $225,000 to $300,000. Colleagues maybe eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation basedon the colleague's and the firm's performance.
