Sr. Treasury Analyst

TREASURY ANALYSTSpaceX is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Treasury team, ensuring that our treasury capabilities meet the increasing needs of our rapidly growing global Starlink business. The role will own various aspects of treasury operations, with a primary focus on global cash management, country expansions, foreign exchange operations, treasury systems, controls, and compliance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and maintain the company’s expanding worldwide banking networkDevelop robust analytics and reports to help optimize treasury processes and operationsResearch and resolve inquiries regarding global cash activitiesSupport accounting, finance, tax, legal, FP&A, operations, and other internal teams with projects and initiatives relating to cash, bank accounts, and treasury activitiesReconcile bank accounts, monitor banking fees, executing letters of credit, and initiating external paymentsOwnership of internal banking controls (maintain segregation of duties controls, user access reviews, compliance with authorized signers, etc.)Navigate and find improvement opportunities for SpaceX's evolving banking landscapePlay an important role in building best-in-class treasury infrastructure to support Starlink's global expansionBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree4+ years of corporate treasury or treasury operations banking experiencePREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or businessExperience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with treasury management systems and online banking platformsExperience with payments and cash transfers and related procedures, controls and systemsCTP (Certified Treasury Professional)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detailADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to work long hours and weekend when needed to meet critical deadlinesThis position is based in Hawthorne, CA and requires being onsite - remote or hybrid work will not be consideredCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: Level 3: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
