NAMI McHenry County is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist-SUB to cover shifts at the Crystal Lake area drop-in centers. The role requires living well in recovery and using personal experience to assist others non-clinically in crisis and recovery work. The position offers flexible, PRN hours with AMPM shifts, training for NAMI programs, and the chance to engage diverse communities while promoting hope and stigma reduction.
