Job Title

Registered Nurse – Med-Surg Ortho (Nights)

Location

Lawton, OK

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Full-Time Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Orthopedic unit
• Manage a patient assignment of up to 5 patients per shift
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient condition and response to treatment throughout the night shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Ability to manage a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Orthopedic or Med-Surg Ortho unit
• Comfort working night shift in a fast-paced inpatient environment
