Job Description: CDL Class B Smash Truck Driver / Smash Operator Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week) Overtime: Occasional overtime and weekend work as business needs require. This position is primarily a Smash Operator role, servicing commercial customers by operating our specialized Smash Trucks to compact waste in open-top dumpsters. Occasionally, drivers will report to other South Florida locations as needed to support business operations. Our typical schedule is Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent work week, with occasional weekend work based on customer demand and operational needs. Shift may vary and is based on customer needs. Because reporting locations may vary, reliable personal transportation is required to travel to the assigned dispatch location each day. Drivers are the face of our company and play an important role in providing safe, efficient, and professional service while building positive relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Operate Smash Trucks to compact waste at commercial customer locations. Occasionally operate roll-off trucks to transport and service dumpsters. Follow assigned daily routes and schedules. Use a mobile app to document routes and completed work. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or incidents promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments when necessary. Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
