Job Description
The Equipment Rental Specialist plays a key role in supporting the rental operations by managing equipment availability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating maintenance activities. Working within a small team, this position reports directly to the Store Manager and involves moderate physical activity, with no travel requirements. It offers opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage equipment rental transactions and scheduling
- Provide customer support and address rental inquiries
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of rental equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality
- Clean and maintain equipment rental upon return
- Load, instruct use and unload
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in equipment rental
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance practices
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Good time management skills
