Project Manager

Eagle Energy Systems is a commercial electrical, security, and life safety contractor operating across North America. The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of assigned electrical and related projects by overseeing all aspects of administration, organization, and implementation — from design and budgeting through material requisition, labor assignments, and billing. This role is the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and third parties, and is expected to anticipate issues, mitigate risks, and ensure timely resolutions. Success in this position requires strong multitasking, sound decision-making, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with design specifications, budget, and schedule; includes regular coordination with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. Develop subcontractor scopes of work, review bids, and negotiate terms as needed. Draft and submit bid proposals on time, adhering to internal processes and procedures. Manage purchase orders and change orders for assigned projects. Represent Eagle at project meetings, both on-site and remote, as required. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely material ordering. Uphold all safety programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Manage the permitting and inspection processes. Perform ongoing quality control throughout each project to maintain company standards. Maintain accurate project data in designated project management tools. Analyze project outcomes to identify best practices and support continuous improvement. Ensure a positive, high-quality customer experience across all interactions. Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and strengthen leadership capabilities. Handle special assignments as requested. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3–5+ years of project management experience preferred, ideally in electrical or related construction trades. Ability to travel as needed; expected travel is 15–20%. Self-motivated with a strong commitment to professional development. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong time management and analytical abilities. Able to make quick, cost-effective, objective decisions while maintaining internal controls.
