We are a fastest growing immigration law firm with office in North Brunswick, New Jersey. We offer a collegial, team-oriented environment, and our paralegals learn from the industry's leading experts. Working hours 9:30am to 6:00pm, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for preparing and filing H-1B, H-4, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485 and other employment-based applications/petitions.

• Manage case initiation process and fact gathering.
• Facilitate completion of immigration case submissions by obtaining signatures, missing information, etc. from client.
• Create, edit, print and distribute materials.
• Ensure that client is compliant with posting and maintaining required documentation.
• General administrative duties as needed
• Maintain client contact information.
• Prepare, update and manage status reports. Prepare custom reports. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes.
• Routine case monitoring

Experienced level: Qualifications and Skills Requirements

2+ years of professional work experience in immigration law.

• Extensive reporting, file and document management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in the legal field, particularly immigration
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills  Achieve high level of productivity.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.
• Ability to contribute to positive work environment.
