Location: Cold Spring, MN
Compensation: $52,000+ annually (based on experience)
Schedule : Day Shift | Full-time hours

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading shipping/logistics company in Cold Spring, MN. In this role, you’ll lead daily warehouse operations, support new production initiatives, and help drive process improvements across the facility. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead implementation of new production line initiatives, including systems, processes, and organizational changes
• Train and support production leads, dock coordinators, and clerks to ensure efficient operations and policy compliance
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution to maintain smooth product flow
• Monitor warehouse and production operations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Assist in establishing and maintaining FIFO inventory systems
• Recommend and support personnel actions including hiring, evaluations (30-60-90), promotions, and discipline
• Coordinate scheduling and training of temporary staff for shifts and projects

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Supervisor Role:

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• 1+ year of warehouse or transportation experience preferred (not required)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer portals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of staff and external partners
• Willingness to work in both office and warehouse environments
• Ability to manage processes, prioritize tasks, and lead teams effectively
• Reliable transportation to the Cold Spring area
