This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development — it sits at the intersection of complex platform customization, enterprise integration engineering, data-driven delivery, and AI-augmented development practices. The ideal candidate writes clean, scalable code, takes ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, and embraces Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily engineering workflow — not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier for quality and velocity.Key Responsibilities:Platform Development & CustomizationIntegration EngineeringData EngineeringGenerative AI & Agentic AI DeliveryGovernance, Security & ComplianceCollaboration & Agile DeliveryRequired Qualifications:4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, production-grade solutionsDeep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals including governor limits and bulkification patternsProven experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoftHands-on experience with data migration projects — ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, data validation, and cutover executionProficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and sandbox/release management practicesActive daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context with measurable quality and productivity outcomesExperience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and workflow automation in enterprise environmentsSalesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferredPreferred Qualifications:Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with awareness of NERC compliance, audit requirements, and data governance standardsFamiliarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce and AI-enabled workflow developmentHands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms in a team delivery contextKnowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems from a development and integration perspectiveBackground in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models and distributed agile team collaborationIntegration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer certification (in progress or completed)
