Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Laravel Developer to join our core centralized Engineering collective in a full-time remote capacity across Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, and Czechia. In this high-leverage individual contributor (IC) seat, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for designing, coding, and scaling a brand-new product ecosystem from scratch. Shifting completely away from routine heritage software updates, legacy template modification, or simple script writing, you will act as a principal backend architect—collaborating peer-to-peer with product managers, visual designers, and distributed engineers to turn complex business definitions into scalable microservices. This position requires a software engineering veteran with 5+ years of professional PHP development depth who structures high-performance services fluidly natively using Backend frameworks (specifically Laravel 10+), deploys infrastructure nodes smoothly natively using DevOps pipeline parameters (Docker and Kubernetes), and validates code integrity via comprehensive automated testing suites.

Key Responsibilities

• Greenfield Core Backend Architecture: Design, develop, and scale high-performance, secure backend web applications and microservices cleanly natively utilizing Backend paradigms (specifically requiring Laravel 10+ running on PHP).
• Relational Database Query Optimization: Architect, model, and maintain complex data structures and high-throughput query pipelines within Microsoft or MySQL database engines, eliminating processing latency.
• Containerized DevOps Workflow Management: Build, track, and govern reliable multi-tier development and production environments natively leveraging DevOps orchestration platforms (specifically utilizing Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters).
• Advanced Software Design Implementation: Enforce rigid architectural patterns across shared code bases, practically applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Customer-Driven Development (CDD), and strict SOLID principles to minimize technical debt.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep, authoritative commercial command of the PHP programming language, its core modern frameworks, web servers orchestration, object-oriented design patterns, and package ecosystems.
• Expert-tier capability writing scalable server-side logic loops, building RESTful or GraphQL endpoints, and managing data modeling schemas natively utilizing Backend toolsets (specifically requiring Laravel 10+ mastery).
• Practical operational familiarity organizing container layers, compiling cluster deployment manifests, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines natively using DevOps infrastructure suites (specifically requiring hands-on fluency in Docker and Kubernetes environments).
