Looking to build your accounting and administrative skills in a role that offers variety and hands-on experience? Our Burnsville client is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with office experience who enjoys staying organized, working with numbers, and being part of a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Collect employee timecards and enter payroll information for processing
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure timely payments and payroll submissions
- Communicate with internal employees and vendors regarding invoice and payroll questions
- Assist with administrative projects and support daily office operations
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, or accounting support experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn new skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Burnsville
