Benefits Specialist: Employee Care, Compliance & Enrollment

Capital Automotive Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage enrollments, COBRA, and employee records, reconcile invoices, and lead annual open enrollment. You will partner with Payroll and vendors to ensure compliant benefit programs and a positive employee experience. The role requires 3-5 years of benefits administration, knowledge of medical, retirement plans, FMLA/ACA, and ADP/Lyric systems.
