Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial conversations through to final placements.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to Clients, gaining insight into their unique hiring needs, organizational challenges, and workplace culture.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing by utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS and leveraging your professional network along with additional communication tools.
• Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to effectively manage candidates, track interactions, streamline follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that provide ongoing value for your clients while ensuring substantial commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we work to enhance our brand and yours.

What You Will Experience

Your Ideal Profile

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in recruiting or consultative sales.
• A solid understanding of healthcare (or a willingness to learn — we provide the coaching).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and close offers.
• Confidence in working with ATS/CRM systems (training on our platforms will be provided).
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a long-lasting career.
