Duties

• operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes,
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly This is a plus
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards throughout production. This is a plus
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments on machines like Fanuc controllers, CAM programming systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Handle materials safely using materials handling equipment; assist with packaging and assembly line operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, quality control documentation, and shift reports to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of manufacturing equipment including CNC lathes, milling machines,
• Experience operating Fanuc controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical specifications for machining or fabrication tasks.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools.
• Knowledge of materials handling procedures using familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments; understanding of GD&T principles.
• Hands-on experience with factory environments involving machining,
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly while maintaining safety standards; strong attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while working independently when required.
