Location: Houston, TX Hybrid Contract: 6+ months & extendable Pay rate - $45/hr (All Inclusive) on W2/Danta Technologies payroll 7-10 years of experience supporting Terminal Automation Systems (Top tech TMS) and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments within refined fuels or related industrial domains.

Primary Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• TMS (Terminal Management System) – TMS6 / TMS7 support and troubleshooting
• Linux / Red Hat – command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management
• MySQL – basic queries, transaction and data validation
• OT integrations & transaction flow knowledge – Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman
• Ability to troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment

Secondary ITSM / Operational Skills

• Incident Management – issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution
• P1 / P2 Incident Handling – experience in participating critical incidents and participating in bridge calls
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – identify root causes and implement corrective / preventive actions
• Vendor Escalations – coordination with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking
• Experience working within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure)

Mandatory Work Requirements as TMS support is critical

• Flexible to work in US/night shifts
• Willing to participate in rotational on-call support
