We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Business Analyst with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support a federal civilian client based in Oklahoma City, OK. This role focuses on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with a strong emphasis on compliance, access reviews, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) design. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ's Compliance Manager module, along with the ability to analyze complex access data, partner with stakeholders, and drive secure, audit-ready identity governance processes within a federal environment. What you will do:- Lead stakeholder interviews with application owners to:
- Document access models (groups, roles, permissions)
- Define how identity and access data should be aggregated into SailPoint
- Document access models (groups, roles, permissions)
- Analyze current access patterns to design and implement:
- Least-privileged RBAC models
- Improved access structures that reduce organizational risk
- Least-privileged RBAC models
- Design, launch, and manage Access Certification campaigns, including:
- Quarterly and annual access reviews
- Training federal managers on SailPoint functionality for access approvals and revocations
- Quarterly and annual access reviews
- Develop and maintain audit-ready reporting, including:
- Automated reports demonstrating Segregation of Duties (SoD) enforcement
- Validation of timely deprovisioning for offboarded users
- Automated reports demonstrating Segregation of Duties (SoD) enforcement
- Create clear and effective documentation, including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business users
- Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for development teams
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business users
- Analyze large datasets of user entitlements using:
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) or
- SQL-based analysis
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) or
- Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, IT Management or Finance and 3+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with: Hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ (Compliance Manager module) Strong understanding of RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD) OR 7+ years of IGA experience
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Analyze access data and entitlement structures
- Translate business requirements into governance solutions
- Analyze access data and entitlement structures
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including:
- Advanced Excel or SQL
- Documentation development (SOPs, TDDs)
- Advanced Excel or SQL
- Familiarity with:
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- FISMA reporting requirements
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Public Trust security clearance (or higher)
- Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments, a plus.
- Prior involvement in audit, compliance, or risk management initiatives, a plus.
- Experience driving access certification campaigns at scale, a plus.
