Medical AssistantRaleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy is hiring a full-time, onsite Medical Assistant in Raleigh, NC to keep patient visits running smoothly and support our providers' clinical work. You'll help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient while maintaining accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include:Room and prepare patients for physician visitsAdminister injections and assist with in-office procedures (including scopes)Support pre-op and post-op care, patient education, and minor proceduresHelp start provider notes and facilitate patient communicationAssist with appointment and procedure schedulingRequired skills/qualifications:Medical experience preferred; medical certification not requiredStrong communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced clinicAbility to use iPads and EMR systemsWe offer a benefits package designed to support you at work and at home, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 401(k), Life Insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), and Paid Time Off (PTO).Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. As patients arrive, you'll move between rooms, adapting to changing needs, assisting with patient care, and helping ensure each visit stays on track. Throughout the day, you'll document care accurately, communicate updates with providers and team members, and wrap up by closing clinic.
