Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of commercial condo associations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage and update association records, maintaining accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Open and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial management, supporting fiscal responsibility and transparency.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry practices.
• Ability to coordinate and manage maintenance schedules efficiently, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Proven track record of handling accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain comprehensive and accessible documentation and records.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
