Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality custom profiles and complex assemblies through roll-forming steel and non-ferrous metals. As a Production Associate, you will play an essential role in the manufacturing process by supporting production operations, inspecting products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
· Assist in catching parts as they come out of the machine
· Pack parts according to production requirements
· Maintain accurate counts of processed parts
· Visually inspect parts and check measurements using gauges
· Perform secondary operations, including drilling and deburring as needed
· Support other production departments as business needs require

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
· Ability to learn and properly use gauges, including micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges
· Basic math skills required
· Ability to perform simple setup operations and basic troubleshooting
· Flexibility to work in various production departments as needed
· Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required

The base salary range for this position is $18.70 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
