Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This position involves providing high-quality care to both adult and pediatric populations in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Information

• Evening/Nights, 12-hour shifts: 15:00 - 03:30 and 19:00 - 07:30
• Includes weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric patients within the last three years
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system is required
• Valid WI RN license or Compact RN license is required
• Certifications required:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA ONLY
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA ONLY
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AHA ONLY
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) required
• Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start
