Lead Plant Safety And Environmental Programs

Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturer in Northeast Ohio committed to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. They are investing in leadership to strengthen their EHS programs.

Lead plant-wide safety and environmental programs

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards

Conduct audits, risk assessments, and training programs

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Track safety metrics and drive continuous improvement

Partner with operations to build a safety-first culture

A successful EHS Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years EHS experience in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations

Experience leading audits and safety initiatives

Strong leadership and communication skills

Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 USD annually.
