- Conduct merchant outreach to gather insights and enhance their experience.
- Analyze sales calls to identify trends and improve positioning.
- Design and implement outreach sequences to boost engagement.
- Evaluate our sales funnel to identify and address conversion challenges.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to streamline operations and remove bottlenecks.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, growth operations, business operations, or consulting.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented with a knack for independent problem-solving.
- Authorized to work in the United States and available for a hybrid schedule in San Francisco.
- Experience in a marketplace, SaaS, or platform company.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Background in consulting, BizOps, or a startup environment.
- Exposure to qualitative research methods and AI productivity tools.
