Group Art Supervisor

Leading key Medical Communications accounts from a creative perspective, the full-time Group Art Supervisor will manage and review work produced by staff and freelancers, ensuring high-quality creative output while collaborating closely with Scientific Directors and participating in client interactions in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with Scientific Directors to create dynamic medical communications and engaging presentations Delegate and supervise the work of designers and copywriters, managing workloads to maximize productivity Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion Required qualifications 5-7 years of Medical Communications or Medical Marketing experience BA degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related scientific field preferred Proficiency in Macintosh hardware and software, including CS6, Illustrator, and Photoshop A proven track record of creative ability, successful client contact experience, and managing teams Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
