If you take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff, we'd love to hear from you.As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in maintaining the comfort, health, and well-being of our residents by ensuring patient rooms, common areas, and facility spaces are kept spotless and inviting.What You'll DoClean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areasEmpty trash and dispose of waste properlyDust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facilityRestock housekeeping supplies as neededFollow infection control and safety proceduresRespond promptly to housekeeping requestsWork collaboratively with nursing and other departments to ensure resident satisfactionWhat We're Looking ForHousekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial experience preferredHealthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to work efficiently and independentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping equipment and suppliesWhy Join Napa Valley Care Center?
