Sr. And Standard Maintenance Technician

Location: Lebanon, Nashville and surrounding areas

Pay: $32-$42.60

Shifts: Must be open to all!

The Sr Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (SMRT) will be responsible for the following:

Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex: conveyors)

Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures

Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries

Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets

Electrical, knowledge of basics components

Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment

Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts

Skills: industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, electro mechanical, electrical maintenance, industrial electrical, leadership development, conveyer, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic, motors, electrical wiring, plcs, controls systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- High school or equivalent diploma

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

- 4+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures

- 4+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls

- 4+ years of experience in blueprint and electrical schematic reading

- 4+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles

- 3+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems

- 4+ year experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards

- 3+ year experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $42.60 - $42.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
