Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the Role: As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you are responsible for: Customer Service. Working directly with Outside Sales Staff. Daily collection calls on assigned accounts. Monitoring customer accounts for Non-Payment, late payment, and other Irregularities. Researching and resolving payment discrepancies. Responding to customer questions and requests. Researching and processing charge backs, returns, and bad checks. Assisting with Lien filings and joint check agreements. Assisting with related special projects (as required). About You: The ideal candidate for this role will have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization and time management skills. Experience working in JDEdwards. Ability to multi-task. At least 1-2 years of related experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
