FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Title
Job duties include:
Performing a wide variety of complex and specialized duties encompassing planning, developing, estimating, organizing, scheduling, evaluating, and overseeing facility projects.
Analyzing and developing projects in terms of the impact on resource requirements and developing new and/or revised operating procedures and standards.
Reviewing facilities management policies, procedures, project studies, and other material that sustains facilities and recommending approval to NCIS policies and procedures.
Developing workspace reorganization and personnel movement plans as required and overseeing their execution through to completion.
Maintaining a log of all active, outstanding, and completed service requests.
Recommending approval, modification, or rejection of projects.
