Requirements JD and active Florida Bar membership. 5+ years of litigation experience, commercial preferred. Strong advocacy skills in motions, depositions, and hearings. Ability to act independently within a structured system. Comfort making fast decisions without hand-holding. Natural persuasion and strong communication skills.
