AGM's primary focus includes:Leadership of shift leaders and crew members by supporting each individual'sCrew deployment, drive thru performance, goal setting, communicating results, and red book executionFast, friendly, and energetic serviceBeing a team player who can jump in wherever neededGoals and objectives:To develop your management skills by supporting and being an integral part of a great store team. Help support the General Manager by leading the team and nurturing their talents.
