Job Details Assignment Type: Travel Nursing / Contract Location: Nashville, TN 37203 Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Critical Care Start Date: April 27, 2026 End Date: July 27, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12‑hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – Night shift critical care Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,530 – $1,610 Qualifications & Requirements Active and unrestricted RN license (Tennessee or compact/multi‑state preferred) Minimum 1 year of recent ICU / critical care nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and hemodynamic monitoring skills Experience with ventilator management and advanced life support interventions preferred Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in fast‑paced clinical settings Primary Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU as a critical care nurse Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment, including ventilator settings and hemodynamic data Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions as needed (ACLS/BLS) Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery expectations, and discharge planning Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards Benefits 401K with Matching Health Care Dental Vision Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal‑opportunity employer and value diversity across our organization.
