We are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Staffing Sales Executive to join our team in Hampton Roads! This full-time role is ideal for a motivated business professional with a passion for sales, client engagement, and relationship-building. As a key contributor to the company’s success, you will focus on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for IT staffing and workforce solutions across diverse industries within the Hampton Roads market.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Virginia Beach, VA Market Area

Work Arrangement: Onsite with field work in market

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory.
  
• Build, strengthen, and maintain executive-level relationships with hiring managers, technology leaders, HR professionals, business organizations, and strategic partners.
  
• Proactively develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and staffing opportunities.
  
• Accurately forecast new business opportunities and manage sales activities to achieve established targets.
  
• Focus on acquiring new clients and developing long-term staffing partnerships built on trust and performance.
  
• Engage with prospective clients daily and conduct weekly onsite or virtual meetings.
  
• Research and identify organizations with current or anticipated hiring needs across IT, technology, and digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Understand client workforce challenges and align staffing solutions with business objectives.
  
• Partner with recruiters and delivery teams to present qualified candidates and ensure successful placements.
  
• Qualify and pursue opportunities related to contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire IT staffing services.
  
• Maintain awareness of local hiring trends, technology demands, and talent market conditions.
  

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong client relationships through networking, partnerships, referrals, and business development activities.
  
• Prior experience in IT staffing, technology recruiting, or workforce solutions sales preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of technology roles, hiring challenges, and workforce planning needs.
  
• Skilled at identifying client pain points and translating staffing requirements into actionable business opportunities.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  
• Results-oriented, accountable, and committed to achieving revenue and growth objectives.
